SEC sets 15-minute kickoff window for Gamecocks-Texas A&M clash

The Southeastern Conference has set a 15-minute kickoff window for the South Carolina Gamecocks' football game at Texas A&M on Saturday, Sept. 24.

Kickoff is scheduled for either 12 p.m. or 12:15 p.m. ET on ESPN, the SEC announced Monday.

The game will be the first meeting between the two schools since 2014, when Texas A&M won 52-28 in College Station, Texas.

South Carolina is coming off a 35-14 win over Georgia State in its season opener on Saturday. Texas A&M lost its opener to Appalachian State 17-14.

The Gamecocks are led by quarterback Spencer Rattler, who threw for 226 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Georgia State. Running back MarShawn Lloyd also had a big game, rushing for 108 yards and a touchdown.

Texas A&M is led by quarterback Haynes King, who threw for 138 yards and a touchdown in the loss to Appalachian State. Running back Devon Achane also had a big game, rushing for 99 yards and a touchdown.

The Aggies are a 13-point favorite in the game, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
