No. 9 Kansas football extended its season-opening winning streak to three games on Saturday night, dominating No. 21 Utah 3-0 at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.
The Jayhawks' defense was the star of the show, holding the Utes to just 158 total yards of offense and forcing four three-and-outs. Senior defensive end Jeremey Sellers led the way with two sacks and three tackles for loss, while junior cornerback Cobee Bryant added an interception.
On the offensive side of the ball, Kansas was led by junior running back Devin Neal. Neal rushed for a game-high 115 yards on 20 carries, including a 40-yard touchdown run in the third quarter.
