Mykolenko put in another poor performance as Everton lose to Fulham
The Ukrainian left-back was at fault for Fulham's opening goal and was hooked at half-time by manager Frank Lampard
Vitaliy Mykolenko endured another torrid afternoon as Everton slumped to a 2-0 defeat at Fulham on Saturday.
The Ukrainian left-back was at fault for the Cottagers' opening goal, with his attempted clearance falling kindly for Bobby Decordova-Reid to fire home.
Mykolenko was hooked at half-time by manager Frank Lampard, with Ruben Vinagre replacing him.
It was the latest in a series of poor performances from the 23-year-old, who has struggled to adapt to the Premier League since joining from Dynamo Kyiv in January.
Mykolenko's display was particularly disappointing given that he was handed a starting berth ahead of Lucas Digne, who has been in impressive form for Aston Villa since joining the club on loan in January.
Lampard will be hoping for a big improvement from Mykolenko in the coming weeks, with Everton facing a crucial run of fixtures in the Premier League.
