Villian Rocha left CSKA Moscow on the eve of his child's birth
Brazillian player had not played for Russian club this season
The Russian club said in a statement on its website: "PFC CSKA informs that defender Villian Rocha has left the club by mutual consent of the parties. The Brazilian footballer joined the red-blues in February 2022 and played 11 matches for the team. We thank Villian for his work and wish him success in his future career."
Rocha had not played for CSKA since July
Rocha had not played for CSKA since July and was not included in the club's squad for the first half of the 2022/23 season. The 31-year-old defender joined CSKA from Brazilian club Avaí in February 2022 and made 11 appearances for the Russian club.
Rocha's departure leaves CSKA with just three centre-backs in their squad: Igor Diveev, Georgi Schennikov and newcomer Milos Degenek.
