Ukrainian National Team Player to Attend 2024 Ballon d'Or Ceremony
Artem Dovbyk Ruled Out
A member of the Ukrainian national football team will be in attendance at the 2024 Ballon d'Or ceremony, but it will not be Artem Dovbyk.
