Ravens rule out Marlon Humphrey; doubtful for Jacksonville game
Humphrey suffered a hamstring injury in last week's win over the Bengals
Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a hamstring injury, the team announced Friday. Wide receiver Zay Flowers is questionable for the game with a knee injury.
Humphrey suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of last week's 24-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. He left the game and did not return.
Humphrey is one of the Ravens' best defensive players and his absence will be a big blow to the team's defense. He has started all 12 games this season and has recorded 44 tackles, three interceptions, and 10 pass breakups.
Flowers has also been a key contributor for the Ravens this season. He has caught 20 passes for 308 yards and two touchdowns.
The Ravens will be hoping to get both Humphrey and Flowers back healthy for their game against the Denver Broncos on December 4.
