Liverpool make transfer APPROACH to sign Arsenal CULT HERO's son

Liverpool have made an approach to Arsenal to sign the son of former cult hero Emmanuel Frimpong, who played for the club from 2011-2014

Liverpool are interested in signing the son of former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong, Jaden. The 18-year-old is currently playing for Scottish Premiership side Celtic and has made 14 appearances for the first-team this season. Frimpong is a right-back and has impressed with his performances for Celtic, attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Liverpool. Liverpool are looking for a long-term replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and Frimpong is seen as a potential option. Frimpong is a strong tackler and is good going forward, so he would fit in well with Liverpool's style of play.
