Bucks Acquire Jrue Holiday in Four-Team Deal

Milwaukee Acquires All-Star Guard

The Milwaukee Bucks have made a major move to bolster their roster, acquiring All-Star guard Jrue Holiday from the New Orleans Pelicans in a four-team deal.

Bucks Trade Bledsoe, Hill, and Picks

In exchange for Holiday, the Bucks sent Eric Bledsoe, George Hill, and multiple future draft picks to the Pelicans, the Denver Nuggets, and the Oklahoma City Thunder. The deal also included the Pelicans sending the draft rights to 2020 second round pick Sam Merrill to Milwaukee.

Holiday, a 30-year-old guard, is a four-time All-Star and one of the best defensive guards in the league. He averaged 19.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game with the Pelicans last season.
