Head coach Jake Peterson enters his third season leading the Arete Prep CHARGERS. Peterson has never had a losing season with Arete Prep, going 12-6 overall and 5-2 in league play. Arete Prep went 4-4 overall and 2-1 in the Desert Mountain Region last season.

Coronado has one of the most talented rosters in the Eastern Division this season. The Dons are led by senior quarterback John Doe, who is one of the best quarterbacks in the section. Doe threw for 2,500 yards and 25 touchdowns last season, and he also rushed for 500 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Coronado also has a talented group of running backs and wide receivers. Senior running back John Smith is a physical runner who can break tackles and gain yards after contact. Senior wide receiver John Doe is a big target who can make plays in the passing game.
