The Blues will be without Christian Pulisic, who is self-isolating after coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Hakim Ziyech is also a doubt for the game after missing training this week with a knock.
However, there is better news on the injury front, with Thiago Silva and Callum Hudson-Odoi both set to return to the squad after recovering from their respective injuries.

Christian Pulisic is self-isolating after coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
He will miss Saturday's game against Newcastle United and is likely to also miss the following game against Arsenal.
Hakim Ziyech
Hakim Ziyech is a doubt for Saturday's game after missing training this week with a knock.
The injury is not thought to be serious, but Maresca did not rule out the possibility of Ziyech missing the game.
Thiago Silva
Thiago Silva has recovered from a hamstring injury and is set to return to the squad for Saturday's game against Newcastle United.
The Brazilian defender has been out of action since the end of January, but he has now returned to full training and is available for selection.
Callum Hudson-Odoi
Callum Hudson-Odoi has recovered from an Achilles injury and is set to return to the squad for Saturday's game against Newcastle United.
The English winger has been out of action since the beginning of March, but he has now returned to full training and is available for selection.
