Brentford will host Premier League new boys Fulham in a pre-season friendly on Saturday, July 29 (3pm kick-off).

The Bees will be looking to build on their impressive 13th-place finish in the Premier League last season, while Fulham will be hoping to make an immediate return to the top flight after winning the Championship title.

Thomas Frank yet to decide on Vitaliy Janelt start

Brentford boss Thomas Frank is yet to decide whether to start Ukrainian midfielder Vitaliy Janelt in the friendly against Fulham.

Janelt has been in impressive form for Brentford in pre-season, scoring two goals in three appearances.

However, Frank is mindful of the fact that Janelt has only recently returned from international duty with Ukraine and may need to be rested.
